We do NOT provide a dosing protocol. In trials it was given subcutaneously (single doses of 0.02-3 mg/kg in healthy volunteers; repeated subcutaneous dosing every 2-4 weeks in the DMD study), but those were monitored clinical-trial regimens, not a recommendation for self-use.
