New supplements, research updates, score changes, and feature releases.
Adding a supplement now shows the optimal dose and timing for your goals up front — a goal-matched dose (e.g. "For Boost cognition, use ~1500mg"), the studied range, quick-fill chips, the reasoning behind the timing, and the PubMed studies that back it. The dose field pre-fills with the recommendation so you can confirm in one tap, and the schedule flags timing conflicts with what's already in your stack. The same recommendation now also appears on supplement pages, the comparison view, and goal rankings.
"Top supplements" for each goal now rank by how strong the evidence is and how large the effect — supplements with confident pooled-trial benefit surface first, with clearer "Helped / Unclear / Didn't help" verdicts for that specific outcome. Personalized results apply the same logic, so a supplement that genuinely helped one of your goals ranks above one that merely matches broadly. Hover any verdict to see exactly what it means.
The profile page's stack section now shows the supplements you've actually built on My Stack — as tappable chips linking to each supplement — instead of a separate onboarding snapshot that could drift out of sync. One stack across the app, edited in one place. Profile-completion and dashboard nudges read the live stack too, so they no longer ask you to add supplements you already have.
Your quiz report now generates a complete personalized protocol with phased supplement plans, optimal dosing from dose-response data, and one-click save to stack. The AI-assisted builder selects supplements based on your goals and conditions, filters for safety (drug interactions, contraindications), and generates a protocol name and summary.
215 supplements now have interactive dose-response charts showing how effectiveness and side effect risk change across dosages. Each chart includes color-coded zones (effective, diminishing, risk), threshold markers, and confidence badges. Dose indicators also appear on protocols, comparisons, stack detail panels, and gap suggestions.
Browse 26 evidence-based supplement protocols for specific conditions: PCOS, menopause, sleep, anxiety, joint health, heart health, testosterone, vision, and more. Each protocol includes dosage, timing, contraindication warnings, and PubMed citations. Protocols are matched to your profile on the dashboard.
Click any node or band in the Sankey pathway map to see the supporting study citations with PubMed links, sample sizes, quality scores, and study type badges. Evidence panel renders below the Sankey for easy reading.
Share your supplement stack with a preview card, downloadable PNG, copy link, and direct sharing to X/Twitter, WhatsApp, and email. The share modal shows a live preview of how your stack will look when shared.
The gaps section is now a prominent card with dynamically generated supplement suggestions and one-click Add buttons. Gap suggestions are automatically computed from your goals and include optimal dose ranges from dose-response data.
Full mobile audit at 320px and 375px — fixed overflow, tighter spacing, safe area insets, and viewport-constrained dropdowns. Added FAQ schema, breadcrumb schema, and medical condition schema to protocols. Google Search Console and IndexNow configured for search engine indexing.
Select your exact branded product when adding supplements to your stack. Search 196K+ products from US (NIH DSLD) and EU (French Compl'Alim) databases, scan supplement labels with AI-powered photo extraction, or scan barcodes. See ingredient-level details, daily intake totals across products, and overlap warnings when products share ingredients.
The pathway map now adapts to your stack size. With 3+ supplements, it defaults to a clean 2-column view showing how your supplements connect to your health goals. Click any supplement to expand and see its full biological pathways. With 1-2 supplements, the full detailed view shows automatically.
Dashboard components reordered by priority — overdue check-ins and active experiments now show first. Supplement detail modal replaces the sidebar panel, working on both desktop and mobile. Simplified nudges, cleaner gap analysis, and streamlined interactions throughout.
