Used in serums/lotions/creams (acne trials used ~2% green tea lotion; photoprotection studies applied green tea polyphenol/EGCG extracts), typically once or twice daily; for daytime antioxidant support apply under sunscreen. Effect depends heavily on a stabilized formulation (EGCG degrades easily). There is no oral or systemic dose in this cosmetic context. This library does not provide an ingestion protocol.
