Prescription-only, clinician-titrated, subcutaneous once daily. Diabetes (Victoza): escalate 0.6 → 1.2 → 1.8 mg/day. Weight management (Saxenda): escalate weekly to 3.0 mg/day. DO NOT self-dose.
