• Insulin and sulfonylureas
• Oral medications (general)
• Other GLP-1 receptor agonists

• Personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC)
• Multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN2)
• History of pancreatitis (use with caution / avoid)
