• Known hypersensitivity to nicotinamide riboside or niacin derivatives
• Active cancer or cancer history: NAD+ elevation may theoretically support tumor cell metabolism (consult oncologist before use)
• Severe hepatic impairment: high-dose NAD+ precursors may affect liver metabolism
