Avanafil (Stendra) and Vardenafil (Levitra) can interact. Additive hypotension, dizziness and syncope; a raised risk of priapism, and of a dangerous fall in blood pressure if a nitrate is ever needed acutely. Never combine. There is no additive benefit — switching between PDE5 inhibitors means stopping one before starting the other, and any change should go through the prescriber.

Both are phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors. Taken together their vasodilatory effects are additive on the same enzyme, and both clear within several hours, so the overlap is same-day rather than prolonged — which lowers the duration of exposure, not the additive effect while it lasts.
