Vitamin D3 and Vitamin E have at most a minor documented interaction. No change needed. Take either with a meal that contains fat.
No established clinically beneficial or harmful interaction.
Both are fat-soluble and are absorbed better with a meal that contains fat. In laboratory models (mouse intestine and Caco-2 cells) the fat-soluble vitamins competed for uptake, and vitamin A reduced uptake of the others. Neither observation shows a clinical effect of taking the two together.
What to do: No change needed. Take either with a meal that contains fat.
